Message: Has anyone added extra gauges using a 2 or 3 gauge pillar? IF so what gauges did you add besides boost? AF? OIL? TEMP? ETC...
Was it hard to run the gauges wiring? WOuld adding extra gauges serve a purpose to the occasional weekend racing warrior? Im just wondering because I think the pod with gauges in it would look cool. THANKS!

Message: I remember seeing an R/T with three gauges replaying the cig lighter, airbag off key, and power charger. It looked really rad. But I couldn't even begin to tell you what gauges they were now that I think abou it. Still thought I'd give you an idea though.

Message: The idea of replacing the lighter, etc is a great one.I used this technique years ago on my '77 camaro.I replaced the ashtray with a curved piece of black plexiglass(spray paint the back side of a piece of clear, and use a heatgun or hair dryer to bend)and mounted two guages in it.Everyone who saw it loved it and it looked even better than stock!!! Pods are cool also, but you might tend to give yourself away as a racer, but since they are only held on by sticky tape, it's easily reversible come trade-in time.Your call!
