Subject: shaveing door handles!how much? IP: Logged
Message: I need to get some body work done thanks to a friend of mine and I'm wondering how much it should cost to have this done? poppers and body work. are poppers that hard to install? I see were you can buy complete kits for $150.00 and can get a pair of popers from summit for $25.00 how would you wire these up? can they be wired of your factor locks? I assume you still need locks.
as always all help is appreciated.

Message: the whole purpose of shaving the doors is so they cant be opened without the remote. you dont need the door locks anymore. i do pop doors all the time. its my job. i work at a custom stereo shop. you can hook your doors up to the factory lock system. lock would open driver door and unlock would open pass door. the actuators are easy to install if youve done them before. if not, it may take you a while. i would suggest going to your local custom shop and ask some questions. all you need is a ground and a trigger. trigger meaning a hot lead like from an alarm or other remote system. any questions give me a hollar.
