Message: ok, you dont need the lower controll arms unless you are running a 18" wheel or larger (or a 17" with a big side wall). to get the best ride you will need to take your leaf springs and throw them in the trash. get a 4-link and install inplace of the leafspring pack. (this alone without installation is $800-$900 but WELL worth it if you want a nice ride)
you will need a super c-notch or a step notch in the frame in the rear so the axle will not hit the frame
the front is easy, just install the bag inplace of the spring and relocate the shock.
if you dont want a real fast setup i would get 3/8" lines. it goes at a good speed. 1/4" lines are so sloooow it might get on your nervs waiting for it to air up to drive.
get two 5 gal. tanks and 2 or 3 compressors (best place for them is where the factory spare tire is located. its out of the way)
if you have any more q's, ask ill try my best

Message: Don't look for cheap. Save up your money and do it right the first time. Otherwise, you will end up spending more money upgrading. You will need 2-4 electric valves and solenoids (depending if you want side to side), preferably 3/8" or bigger, 4 2500# bags, 2 compressors, 2 3-5 gallon air tanks, super-c-notch, 3/8" air line, fittings, pressure switch, switch box or a guage/switch combo to control it. You can either get a 2 link or 4 link setup, both have there advantages. I am running a 2 link setup. For the front, you need cup mounts for the bag and just remove the coil spring and relocate the shocks. I can get you most of the hardware, but the mounts must be fabricated and so must the 2 link or 4 link. As far as I know there is no bolt on kit for the Dakotas. Hope this helped.
