Message: i also have another question that dont pertain to the lift but awhile back i read into getting a flame kit for my exhaust btu i decided not to but he other night in town my friend was following me and i put it in 2nd gear and got on it hard and he said it shot blue flames out the exhaust ....i mean that seems cool to me but does that mean theres something wrong with it or what ....i dotn have a cat so i figured that was the reason it was shooting flames cause that wasnt blockign the flames from running through

Message: if you want to do any kind of off roading, you don't want to put on 35's. most people with that model dakota that have the 3in body lift and the 4 inch suspension lift run 33's. i've seen a couple with 35's, but its a tight fit, and that's with the 3in body lift, not the 2in that you have. i've got a 94 4x4 extended cab with the 3in body lift. i'm planning on adding the 4in trailmaster lift and i'm gonna try to run some 34x12.50r15 super swamper trxus. i wouldn't go with 35's though.

Message: i just got mine at the local off road store. i know they sell them at tyres1.com, but it will say that the kit won't fit if you have the v8. since the fan is attached to the body, it won't be lined up right after the body lift is put on, so i had them install an flex-a-lite electric fan on my truck. it fixed the problem, but also cost a bit of money. just so you know, the trailmaster 3in kit comes with front bumper relocation brackets, but not rear ones. i had a welding shop custom make me some brackets because i didn't like the way it looked with the bumper down low.

Message: it works fine.... u just cant turn all the way. unless u added steer stops, and that allows u to turn and not worry about it. even with the 35s the truck still rides great, and now it'll go almost everywhere.

Message: Since I need to save my cash I decided to get the Kumho Venture MT's. I see that they're about 1/2" smaller than they're listed size do you think I could go with 33's with just T-Bar Cranked? Or would that just be pushing it? I'm affraid of getting 32's and deciding to buy a BL and then have my tires look too small cuz I dont want to have to buy a new set. I also don't want to wait long cuz hunting season is comming up and my tires now are almost bald.

Message: well if u can clear the 33's i think u should get them. but thats just me . i was going to put 33's on my truck but the dealership i work for ordered the wrong tires so i ended up getting my 35's for 125.00 each, not to bad for 35/12.50/15 bfg mudterrains. if u go to a good tire store, the y should let u put the tires on ur truck to see if theyll fit right. but not too many places will do that. good luck...
