4 Wheel Parts is my first choice. Dont have the correct number handy. Will try and find it. Maybe one of the other guys has it and can beat me to it.

Sorry for being so late with the reply. Looks like you have things well in hand now. I paid $185 for mine but not sure where it came from. The install shop got it for me.
