Message: 4x4 or 2wd? Makes a big difference in price and difficulty. 4x4 will be cheaper and simpler.
If its a 4x4 then you will be able to get a 3in body lift for probably around 600 installed. With that and minor fender trimming or torsion bar cranking you will be able to fit 33s.
My 99 4x4 318 has 33in General Grabber AT2s with a Rancho 3in suspension lift only, no fender trimming or body lift. The suspension lifts are a lot more expensive but are the better way to lift a truck. Be prepared to spend at least 2000 installed for the suspension lift on my truck.

Message: $600 dollars!!? The lift is only about $180. $420 for install is outrageous considering a monkey could do it. Though. Like Kota said body lift is quick and easy and able to clear 33" tires. And guessing your a lady, maybe you have a boyfriend/husband of brother/father that could do the lift in only a couple hours. Peice of cake to do the lift.

Message: I have a 04 Dakota with a 2.5" in front and a 2" in back. Did that so it rode more level. Go to TOTAL PERFORMANCE, INC for a lift. Very simple to put in. If you need assistance let me know. I did it in about 1.5 hours. I am now running 33x10.5's
