Well I tackeled the job of installing a 3 inch body lift on my 2000 Quad Cab 4.7
The hardest part was removing the dealer installed running boards and the rear bumper due to bolts that were being difficult. Otherwise it went without a problem.
Only thing I would like to see better in the PA lift is better brackets for the front bumper. Ended up welding the new bracket to the bumper as no room for the bolts. Then I just bolted it to the frame.
Only had to add an inch to the transfer case linkage.
It took most of the day to install and reassemble the truck. About...8hrs
Tomorrow will be replacing the stock 31x10.5x15inch tires with 33x12.5x15inch.
Going with the Trxus Mud Terrains...
