Message: underneath your truck there are two long bars that run from your A-arms to a crossmember just under your transfer case.. there will be a large bolt (transfer case end) on each sire.. get some penetrating oil to help break the bolts loose.. (they can be a royal pain in the ass) second get some measuring tape and measure the distance from the bottom of your frame by your tires.. (do this on an even surface) and start turning the bolts in the direction to tighten them.. you will be turning the bolts for a little while, but make sure you check both sides with the measuring tape periodically to make sure you have even heighth on both sides, and when you get it where you want it.. your basically done.. and make sure you get an alignment right after , otherwise you will tear up your tires cause it throws the alignment off
Hope this helps

Message: you might want to do this with your front tires off the ground. just sayin this because somethin might break and the truck could crush you. also, it will be that much easier to torque the bolts up. Steve
