Subject: 34's? IP: Logged
Message: after getting a 3 inch fabtech, and 3 inch PA can i run 34's on stock rims.. i dont knwo much about tires.. so can someone tell me what size 34's to get with or without stock rims.. thanks.. oh yeah its 2wd

Message: I`m not sure on the 34s , but I don`t think you can run the stock wheels on a 2WD with the Fabtech lift. I think you need a wheel with less backspacing , like 3.25 instead of the 5.5 on the stock wheels.
Also plan on doing a bit of trimming on the fenders with 34s on a 2WD.

Message: ohh okay like i said i dont know much yeah i dont mind the trimming.. i just want the beefier look.. so scott or anyon else, let's say i plan on going wih these 34's after 6 inches of lift, what size rim am i looking at? and what exactly is backspacing

Message: I 'd say 15x8 for less triming if you can get a back spacing of about 3.50 3.63 weld rims will be around these back spacing. eagle alloys have a 3.25. you could try a ten inch rim if you didn't offroad.
