Message: Here's the deal: I had a 6" lift from truckin suspension installed with some 33" wheels on 15 inch eagle alloys. I have a K&N filter, Tornado (lame) and a flowmaster exhaust on the stock diameter. After the lift my computer is now telling me that I am getting an average of 11 MPG. Is this right? Or do I need to reprogram the computer for the larger size tires. The speedo is also reading slower than actual. Is there a computer chip for the 4.7 that can reprogram and give me better mileage out there?
This will fix your MPG readings as well. You aren't really getting less MPG the computer just thinks you are. If you get the Superlift calibrator the best way to adjust it is with a GPS I found using the guide they give you it does not really cal it exact but it does close. It has 2 setting so you can run 2 different tire sizes.
Good luck with the lift and calibrating.

Message: Hey Thanks for the reply and tip four x four, I've ordred the part and hopefully from the looks of it. It sha;; be easy to install. Thanks again!
Message: Since you've already ordered the part this won't help you out but the Hypertect Power Programmer is a better deal. that a way you can reprogam it if you change gears or tires or anything.
