Message: Sure it's possible, probably cheaper to just buy a 4x4 tho. That is unless you are planning on a major suspension mod anyway where the entire front end will be replaced.

Message: Stupid question, but what if you found a junkyard 4x4. Those parts should just swap out right?

Message: most times a 4X4 fram is built a bit different then a 2 wheel drive frame, as on the daks the front suspension on a 2 wheeler is springs and the 4X4 is torsion bars. some of the parts you might be able to torch off and weld on, but considering what heat does to steel, makes it softer in some cases, there fore it bends easily or hard brittle and easily broken or cracked in others, I would not trust my life to that kind of retrofit. Imagine runnin down the 2 lane at 60 mph, the front suspension breakes and the truck you are in swerves head on into a semi doin 60 the other way, faster then you can react. its your funeral and maybe that of others too! do the job right and start off with a 4X4 frame.
