Subject: M1 vs. MPI Manifold IP: Logged
Message: Does anyone know the difference between the M1 manifold and the MPI manifold. The MPI manifold I saw on mopartsracing.com, part # 5007398AB. Thanks for any info.

Message: You're talking about the same thing. The "M1 manifold" that most guys are running is the two-barrel. That's the 5007398 you're looking at on mopartsracing. There is also an M1 4 barrel. They are both MPI manifolds meaning that they are designed for fuel injection.

Message: MPI, doesn't that stand for 'multi port injection'? Do the 1 cam engines have that?
