We were just forwarded this thread. I pulled your file tonight. Looks like the product was ordered with F&B on the same day you placed the order with us. I can forward you the email of the order that was sent to F&B.
I also pulled up our spam files. Looks like you like to send TONS of emails at once?? Our software has you registered as a spam mailer. Ill remove you from it right now. For future reference PLEASE only send one copy of an email to one of the email addresses, and / or wait at least 60 second inbetween sending them. This way you can be assured that this will not happen.
Im sending you an email now with your file here, as well as the simple procedure to get a refund if you so choose one. We have also sent another email to F&B requesting status on your order. They have always been good with shipping, so we can only assume it either slipped through the cracks with them or was somehow lost in shipping.

Its funny that you dont have a name, description, address, state, truck type, or anything else.. but you somehow seem to think you know so much about Jonas and Elite Customs? Where do you make us this bull$hit? Why dont you post a name, address, city, state, zip, email, picture, and add some type of credability? Unless you are the president of the companys bank I dont know how you would have finincial information of ours. I can assure you that we are in no type of monetary distress. Also, Im pretty sure Jonas has never mentioned knowing any guy named Billy..
To me it looks like you are probally a very dirty and underhanded competitor who likes to try to stir the pot quite a bit.. your lies are horrible.

I started sending the multiple emails because you were not responding to my originals! I guess in hopes that you would actually take note of me. Anyway,that still does not explain why you did not respond to the others who have tried to get in contact with you. Another thing that striks me funny is the fact that you never returned messages or even called back the 2 times I actually did get a hold of you about 6 week ago. You outright lied! I understand people can forget, but twice w/in a 3day span. I know I spoke with the same person. You told me you remembered my order and that you would contact F&B and give me a call back as soon as possible. I dont understand how you can sell F&B and not even be able to contact them. Find out what is going on ASAP!!!

Paul sent you an email last night, and Ill send you another one right now. I dont understand how exactly I dont get a response from F&B either. Bruce has always been great on getting back to me.
Ill send you another email right now since we havent heard from you yet.
Rest assured at any time I can simply offer your a full refund at your request, and we are trying to contact F&B to see what the problem is.
Also please note that the people posting as "Billy", "Durango", "Chris", "Frankie", "Ripped Off" is actually a competitor of mine, who doesnt have a clue to what he is saying, and which Ill be prosecueting immedately!

I'll save you the time and tell you who I am. I am no competitor of yours. I am simply the owner of a Durango who enjoys some aspects of these boards. I would like to tell you, and everyone reading this right now, you are full of sh1t. My post simply states that there is legal recourse these people can seek if you are unwilling to fulfill yourside of the deal. I'm not sure what good a lawyer is going to do you when you have taken many orders and recieved payment without providing the agreed upon product or service. I will put this as simply as possible. This is illegal. You cannot take peoples money and agree to provide a product or service for compensation, yet in the end, provide them with nothing. What do you think your lawyer is going to do to me, or anyone that is "slandering" you. This is ridiculous. And to clarify, you are not being slandered. Slander is spoken. Libel is the term you are searching for. This is when you are falsely accused of something in writting. However, this does not apply to you. The only thing that has happened on this board is people have told the truth about the business dealings with you. Key word: TRUTH. And don't say that is debateable. If these people are making up stories, THEN SAY IT!!! But from your (full-of-sh1t) responses it is easy to tell you are jerking these guys around. Overall message here is that if you treat people like this in business, they have every legal right to announce it to whomever they please. You, on the other hand, steal peoples money and then talk about sicking your lawyer on these people you have fooked? Get real.

Wether or not you are involved i dont know, but, Ill just simply check..
If your not involved then you probally dont realize that "Chris", "Billy", "Jeff", "Ripped Off" and a few other names have as of now ALL been IP identified as being the EXACT SAME IP. So belive me, because you dont post a name, address, city, state, zip, email, truck description, etc.. I think I have every right to assume or possibly suggest that you may be involved as well.
Have you ever ordered from us? Have you ever met me? Ever been to our shop? Do you have a name, email, address, or some type of verifiable way to prove you are not just another BS creation of the same person who is evidently out to get us for some reason or another.
As far as the lawyer goes, Im not looking at going after people have have had true issues. I deal with each and every one of my customers in the best way that I can, and will do next to anything to make them happy. What I am prusueing is the fact that this same person is posting literaly LIES about my company on this board and possibly many others under fake screenames. He is claiming to know finincial things about the company, making up lies about it, suggesting the we are stealing, and promoting peoples worst fears. Wether it is Liable or Slander is up to the lawyers.
If you are not involved in this then do me a favor, drop me an email with a name and number and Ill call you and personally apoligize to you for the mixup.
Ryan, what exactly your problem is Ill never know.. just because we caught you in a SCAM doesnt mean you have to constantly pull this type of nonsense.
Billy, Chris, Jeff, or whomever you are.. why dont you be a man and drop me an email or give me a call..
Hopefully the people who read these boards are smart enough to realize what is real and what is fake.

Don't sweat these trolls on this board..if they wanted to they could get a hold of you to work out their problems. Instead they want to start crap on here. I've spent alot of money with Jonas and Elite Customs and they are in no way trying to steal your little money...if the part is on back order then deal with it...I spent well over $2000 for wheels with him and got my order and no problems..do you honestly think he would want to steal that little bit of money it cost to get a Thunderform Subwoofer. Be a man and call him with your problem and if that doesn't work there is other ways of dealing..like a certified letter that he has to sign for..I HAVE AND WILL SPEND MORE MONEY AT ELITE CUSTOMS.

We had to remake the hood correctly, and we are having a local manufactuer making molds on them now. Hopefully this company will be able to produce them correctly. One way or another Ill be able to see, inspect, and test-fit each and every one of them before I take delivery of it, and before it ships out. Its going to be a bit before they ae back on the website cause we have to get the molds done and get a few of them that are backordered shipped out.
