Subject: Exhaust Cutouts? What are they? IP: Logged
Message: Alright, i think i have an idea of what they are but how would they gain me HP? I'm not positive exactly what they do. And how are they put on? Please, help me. Thanks,

Message: they go between the headers and exaust pipe, it like a switch that bipasses the mufflers and runs open headers

THe exaust comes into the bottom of the Y from the engine, then goes out the left part to another 4 feet of piping to the muffler. But when you take the cap off the other top part of the Y, bam, no piping, no cats, no muffler, just open air for all your exhaust to go out into. Kinda like having an EXTREMELY high flowing exaust, like almost no exhaust at all :P
