Message: The MOPARS (PPH) are a long tube style header (i.e. a longer lenght from the header port to the collector) Dan Arcand aka Fastman http://www.thefastman.com/ recommends them over others.

Message: Yes the PPH are the best headers for our trucks. I would definitely recommend them over any other brand. I sell them on my website check it out.

Message: Mopar,PPH,etc. are not race headers, they're
tubular exhaust. They are better than cast iron of course but can't offer a true long tube like
Hooker Super Competition. These are a challange
to install but really allow high volume to
compliment the M1, heads, or roller rockers.

Message: I've had both. Got mad at the JBA's because every time I pulled the plug wire off the #8 cylinder I would have to replace the plug wire. The only good way to run them was to wrap them and that was a pain to do and had to be done every year. The area between #8 and the header was like a 1000 degree oven and that was with the header wrap on. I also had to put a reflective blanket on the brake power booster because the header tube was right next to it. I had them for 3 years and the last time I replaced a plug wire{1year ago} I bought PPH and had them jet hot coated. No more hassles. I was mad at the JBA's and threw them in the garbage. They were all rusted anyway from the header wrap. The JBA's were otherwise okay but having to wrap them and replace wires were just too much. I think if I still had them I'd be sitting next to Tony Stewart in that anger management class. If you don't have the extra money for the PPH's then you should wait. The stock exhaust is a good design and the JBA's will not give you any noticeable improvement. Anyone who says it does is probably running a Jet module and swearing they can tell the difference. So don't waste your money on anything from Jet. Whether you get the JBA's is up to you but I recommend the Mopar or PPH.

Consider your total package before you make a
decision on any one item that may not totally
compliment or work most efficiently with the rest.
