Subject: 52mm TB and M1 Manifold??
IP: Logged

Message:
I have a 2000 R/T CC and I have installed Gibson Headers, Gibson Muffler with custom bent Piping, K&N Gen II Air Intake, and now I am buying the M1 2bbl Manifold, 52mm TB, and Mopar PCM. My question is that I am definitly buying the manifold next and TB but I want to buy the fastman TB is that a good TB for my setup?? I do not want to spend the extra money for a F&B simply for a better looking TB. DO they both flow about the same is my question.

The 50mm F&B will flow as much as a 52mm Fastman. Here's a link I just posted to another thread.

I second that motion, a few have actually noticed a gain when swapping out their fastmans for a 50mm F&B. The F&B is more then good looks, it has other benfits compared to the re-worked stockers.
