What has everyone been doing about there cap, rotor, and wires. I have a 2001 Dakota R/T and don't know what to do. I was going to go with accel, but was unable to find anything. I even called them up and asked if they had a part number and they said no....that they only had up to 99. I could be wrong, but to me that is a little hard to swallow. So i was wondering what you guys have been doing to step up that part of the performance. Any help would be appreated. Thanks

When I order all my parts that are minor like that I just ask for parts for a 98 or 99 Ram w/ the 360...same exact engine that we have in our R/T's.
I usually just get the cap & rotor from Pep Boys, they carry Borg & Warner...but whichever brand you get make sure its w/ brass contacts.
I used to have JBA 9mm wires on my truck but now I have the Mopar Performance, they're only 7.5mm though. If your gonna eventually get an ignition system go w/ spirocore wires not solid core. MSD, JBA, Taylor, Mopar...those are the best brands to get in wires.

Haven't heard anything about their cap & rotors...heard good things about their coils though. Accel is a good company so I'm sure their products are as good as everyone elses.

The Accel and Borg/Warner caps are exactly the same. I've had both on my truck and compared them side by side and there was no difference except the Borg/Warner was cheaper.
