Ok my truck is getting a major motor make over this summer. I have a 2002 dakota rt, i ran a 15.2 bone stock. I have purchesed this winter, m1 intake, mopar performance cam 260/264 duration 458/467 lift, crower 1.7 roller rockers, mopar valve covers, asp underdrive pullies, msd 6a, msd blaster coil, msd 8mm plug wires, jaba ceramic coated headers. 24 lb injectors, and a 2100 mopar stall convertor. what should be my hp and tq, and 1/4 mile times. is there any thing else i should get. just waitin for the snow to melt to get this stuff put in

The turtle is a little pyramid shaped piece of aluminum that goes in the center of your M1 under the throttle body. It deflects the air/fuel towards the runners better and gives back some of the low end torque lost by running the M1. I bought the extra large turtle. You can buy them from someone on this forum just check the group buys forum and look for the post about it.

You can install the manifold without it but you lose a considerable amount of lowend torque. Like 15-20ft lbs if I recall. The extra large turtle gives you back like 10 of em.
