Message: try the friendly guys at autozone, on some model wiper assemblies you need a special tool to remove the arms, they will rent it to you free with only a deposit that is returned to you when you return the tool.

Message: you just have to yank really hard...i used a really wide crowbar, using a screwdriver with a huge handle as a fulcrum....its a pain, but its the right way to do it, i believe..i didnt break anything...why do you want em off, anyway?

Message: Best way to remove the wiper arms is to use a Battery Terminal Puller.
