Subject: Fuel Injectors IP: Logged
Message: I would like to replace my stock fuel injectors for something with a little moor performance. I have a 98 3.9 V6. I would like to know if I can go to a junk yard and get some off of a different engine/car/truck? Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge of this? Also would I have to reset my PCM if I install new ones?

Message: Unless you install a supercharger or massive intake modifications I wouldn't change them out. You might run it to rich and actually worsen your performance.

Message: If you get a tuned set of injectors they will help on the mileage and performance. The stock mopar injectors have a +/- tolerance of something like 10%. The FMS sets are something like .5% Look into FMS injectors.
I hope this helps.

Message: Eyetrip-- I saw on 'MAP tweak' on your mod list. I was wondering what that meant. Thanks.
