Subject: I Searched, but couldn't find an answer IP: Logged
Message: I looked on the search for my question, but couldn't find my answer. When installing the M-1 on an EGR equipped truck, do you use a block off plug in the bottom of the plenum...where a turtle would sit. This is the hole that is directly below the throttle body. I'm sure someone has answered this a thousand times before, but I couldn't find it.

Message: My install instructions said to block the hole on non EGR models and to leave it open on EGR models.
It makes since because the hole allows a direct connection between the EGR (which mounts at the rear of the manifold) and the inside of the intake.

Message: You got it. Leave the hole below the TB open and plug that hole that is on the EGR runner.
