Message: well i have a 2000 rt cc with 50,000 miles on it. well this is the problem the truck only wants to run on 4 of 8 cylinders the passenger 4. when you first go and start the truck it starts up right a way on all of them and then dropes the drivers side 4. i have pulled the plugs and put new ones in the old one looked like they had to much fuel. i have also replaced the cap and rotor and the spark plug wire and i still have this problem. i am starting to think the fuel sink is off. buti am not sure. if you have any ideas plaese share i need all the help i can get.

Message: Spend the bucks to have the Dodge service guys look at it. If it's the engine computer, it's still under warrantee.

Message: You need to find out what is killing the cylinders. Go buy an inline spark tester and check the spark. See if it is dropping out on the cylinders in question. Losing spark does not make sense to me though. I would lean more toward the fuel system. Maybe the PCM is hanging the injectors open when the O2s start working. If you have an 02 reading extremely lean, it will dump a ton of fuel. Not sure, but it doesn't sound like ignition.
