Message: Yup, use a 10mm and take the negative (Black) cable off the battery, then while the battery is disconnected turn the ignition on for 15-30 seconds. Turn the ignition off, pull the key out and hook the battery cable back up. Boom, it's done.
It will take 75-100 miles for the CPU to "relearn" so it may drive a little funny during that time.

Message: A faster way is to just unplug all 3 plugs on the pcm for about 30 seconds. Plug them back in and you've reset the computer.

Message: For what it is worth the shop manual states; "to avoid possible voltage spike damage to the PCM, ignition key must be off,and negative battery cable disconnected before unplugging the PCM connectors."This possible being that some of the pins are powered from the batttery, also you would need to be careful not to bend any of the connector pins when reinstalling the plugs.
