Message: So are these electric superchargers a scam? I typed in supercharger in on google and all kinds of links show up and one of them was for these electric supercharges for 14.99. They boast 35hp and 2lbs of boost has anyone used these are they worth the fifteen bucks?

Message: just another ebay scam.
There just normal 12v heater blower motors that may put out 130cfm which has absolutely no effect on the performance of your engine.

Message: i'm sorry for the attitude but you are wasting your time and
money, find something better to buy like a throttle body or an
exhaust system, or port your intake and heads
you get what you pay for

Message: What they are actually selling is a marine bilge pump. You can buy one from West Marine for less than $20.

Message: No, there's nothing constant about the output because as your revs increase you're trying to fill cylinders that are emptying very rapidly and it just can't keep up. It might be a bilge vent, but its not a bilge pump; they pump water. If anyone still thinks it works, they should try it !

Message: I laughed my azz off when I saw those on Ebay. Those blowers won't build pressure, they use them to suck all the gas fumes out of a boat's bilge area so the boat doesn't go ***BOOM*** when you start it. One small spark from a leaky plug wire, alternator or starter will make a 4th of July firework out of your boat if the bilge isn't sucked free of all those nasty gas fumes.
I can believe that these things are an easy 35 HP if not 40-50 HP. But your LOOSING 35-50 HP. Just think about all the restriction that huge blower motor and fan blade is going to cause as the engine pulls more air than that thing can push. Why not just shove a tennis ball down the intake tube and save $15
