just installed the harland sharp roller rockers and some things to watch out for:
clean up the aluminum flash on the underside of the rockers, be careful not to gouge the aluminum any more as you remove the flash as the aluminum damages easily
you will need a socket with a 1/4" allen wrench fitting in it to properly torque the rockers down
in all the posts i've read about this install people kept talking about how they dropped their pushrods into the engine, that's ridiculous
first of all when you take your valve covers off you will see the factory rockers are connected in pairs and set on a guide plate, simply unbolt and remove the entire assembly as one piece per pair of rockers, make sure the push rods aren't stuck to the back side of the rockers as you remove, if they aren't, they aren't going anywhere, i bumped mine around plenty and they didn't fall in
most time consuming part is removing all the plastic hold downs for wire seperators and wiring harnesses that are attached to the valve cover bolts, you can do this job in 2 hours easy
people have also mentioned a break in period, there is none, this isn't a cam your installing
nice performance after the install, engine certainly seems stronger
at the same time i did this i did a belly pan swap out, a little grinding on the manifold and complete flush of the tranny, i'll make seperate posts here on that

Thanks for the info! I've got a lot to do before I even think about RR's (intake, TB, exhaust, etc.) but I'm definately bookmarking this, along with your belly pan and trans flush posts, for future reference.
