Dude,
That thing is so clean in that pic it sparkles like a diamond..

Are you going to dyno it now that the M1 is installed? I'm considering an M1. I'm just not sold on it yet. It's good to hear that you like it.

Did you loose any noticeable bottom end? I don't need any more bottom end, but I really don't want to loose any either. I like being able to just tap my throttle and spin the tires. It's fun driving this thing knowing I can hit the throttle at any speed below 10mph and spin both tires.

I would give that up for about 50 more HP and torque at 5K.

if i lost any bottem end at all, its unnoticeable. i was kinda worried about losing some torque but i was willing to sacrafice some for more HP. truck seems more snappy now, from a small roll when i hit the gas it takes off quicker, more throttle response i guess. and the best thing is the top end. i cant believe the amount of power i gained from this, tremendous difference. oh and i didnt use a turtle, i had planned on it but after emailing the guy that makes them and never getting a response, i said screw it i wont use one.

and thanks for the compliments on the shine but to tell you the truth its not shiny at all. i think it was just the angle the sun was hitting it that created those sparkles. alot of people accuse me of photoshopping it but not true.

im awaiting my hotchkis TVS w/bilsteins in the mail so ill let you guys know how that went. ;)

for pics go to http://dfnp.net

later

Nice ride. Couldn't find the pic of the intake, though. Just some glory shots, a burnout, and two pics with the hood up/engine apart.
Great looking exhaust, btw.

That's better, thanks.
It'll be the next mod for me after the 1.7:1 rockers...
Any major troubles putting it on, or pretty much straight forward?

The M1 is a breeze to install compared to the LA intakes, especially when the engine is in the vehicle.

Well I guess that the different man. to head bolts help. But the last LA motor I changed the intake on didn't have A/C (or anything else but a 60amp alt) hanging off the front!
