Message: Where is the IAT located. Who makes an ajustable IAT, and what kind of money are we talking about. Does it work and what kind of performance will it give. Anyone have any information on these subjects, please let me know.

Message: What motor do you have? I have a 99' 5.2 and mine is located on the intake over the #2 piston area, almost at the top. IT has 2 gray wires and the sensor is a copper looking thing. you will ned to dill a 1/2" hole to mount it and a 1/4 NPT plug from Hone Depot or any hardware store.
I don't know how much you will gain, but it doesn't hurt.

Message: Do a search for IAT adjuster on this site. You will be referred to instructions on how to make one yourself. Cheap - $10-15.
