Message: I have 32's and 3.55's on my '98 Dak and it seems to work just fine. No glaring problems with any thing. I pulled my friends TuRD across town in trafic with it and it felt like there was nothing there.
So, I don't think you will have a problem.

Message: I have the V6 in mine and I am telling you there is no lack of power either at highway speeds or low end. I don't know the difference in engine specs between the years, but mine is just fine at all speeds and loads concerned thus far. I mean, its no "fire starter" but it runs great with what I need it for.
Hope this helps.

Message: thanks airborne it helps a lot. but there is a diff between the gens in horsepower. right now i have 31's on the truck and i guess that it would be ok to slap some 32's on it. thanks again for the info.
