Subject: Do you ever get that feeling that... IP: Logged
Message: People are lazy to work, yet in a hurry to do nothing? The reason being...at least once a week the SAME post comes accross this board. Body lift, susp. lift, tire size..etc...will this work???..will that work??
All it takes is two minutes to scroll down and see, more than likely, exactly what your looking for.
Then take the rest of the world. Take driving for instance. I see more people weaving in out of traffice...during rush hour. What good is that going to do? Get you two cars lengths ahead of me? Wow...big deal.
Shopping lines - People get irriated when there actually have to wait. There are other people in this world ya know.
Guess thats it.
Oh and the Off-Road content of this is...umm... ahhh...errr... I Went wheeling the other day in the river. Scared the fisherman who were castingin the water!!
Actually..i wanted to keep it here becasue i wanted to hear from a select few MEMBERS (hint hint.. :) that stick around here.

Message: How did your Dak handle all the water? I have not tried anything like that with my 2001 QC 4x4 4.7L, but when I had my 86 Toy it tried to stall after running it 5 times and then twice backwards, I eventually got water in the sealed cap! The factory waterbox actually worked.

Message: It worked great. Only time I had a problem was once while going backwards I let off the gas and "coasted back" for a foot or so. With no exhaust being pushed out...i sucked in some water to the cat and got a check engine light. Nothing big. A few minutes to let all the water evaporate and it was good as new.
I had not problems for traction either. The Dunlop Rovers worked great..as you can see...even in 2wd!!! Several jeeps got stuck in 4WD (with 33's and 3"+ of lift)

Message: I agree, way too many people are in a big hurry to get no where. Best part is when someone goes flying by you at mach 2 ad then a mile down the road you pull up next to them at a stop light and can laugh at all the extra gas they burned up.
