good question - The Warn website lists it as fitting 1997 - 2003. I have a 4WD 2002
The Warn part numbers are:
Grill guard - 35095
winch carrier - 29394
you can check it out at www.gowarn.com -look for Warn Trans4mer Grill Guard Kit and Winch Carrier
I bought the stuff from 4Wheelparts but have decided to put on a winch bumper instead of using the grill guard kit.
