Message: I just got my truck out of the shop today (4 wheel parts). I had the Rancho 3" lift installed and everything seems great, the truck looks awesome and handles as I expected. I was able to fit the BFGoodrich 285/75/16 on my stock rims without any problems, they didn't even rub. I had them trim the front fender about an inch anyway just in case, but it looks and rides great. Just wanted to share... I'll post pics later
If you are running on the stock ball joints the clearance should be good. If you plan on going to the MOOG's, I just want to let you know they are a little larger around than the stocks so the gap between your upper ball joint and you tire may decrease. Just a little heads up incase you are thinking about this. If you have not checked that clearance you should.
I'd be interested to know what kind of clearance you do have, just to compare. I know that tire size rubbed on the white lettering on the inside and just barley on the tire itself.
Hope to see some pictures soon.
