A 225/75R16 has a 29.3 inch diameter so it should fit in the wheel well. Only question is 16" rims? I don't recall 16" rims being stock on a '95 Dakota.

the 16's wont be a problem. nor will the size tire you chose. I have 31-10.5r15s with stock 99 dakota wheels and have had no trouble at all.
