Message: The 4x4 has a plastic front skid plate (at least the Gen IIIs do). I don't have a clue if you could put it on a 2X, I wouldn't do it, since its plastic (I'm stuck with mine)....but there is this place down here in South Cal. called Xtreme Fabrications and he'll make anything you need. I don't have a phone numbwer or anything, but someone might.....

Message: I stand corrected....the 2000 & 2001 Gen III have plastic skid plates..the front and middle ones, the fuel tank plate is steel though.
For you guys with 2003's....do you think the steel plates would fit a 2001? I don't care about the price as much, but I would prefer a mopar product rather than an aftermarket product (fit, warranty, etc.)
