Message: use a cutting wheel, to slice them in half as far down as you can go, then get an air hammer and shear them off. im trying to do the same thing but my air compressor sux, gotta stop every 1-2 minutes and let it catch up.

Message: well the best way ive found (finsihed my truck) is to drill out as much as you can, then take the angle grinder with a 24 inch wheel to it. then once you get the head off the rivet, pound it with a sledge, itll come right off!
the drilling saves you about have the time and half the discs! i didnt drill on the first 2 trucks i did!
