You have to have the picture already on the web somewhere and all you do is link to it.
For instance I have a pic at http://www.intense99dak.com/dthumb.jpg. To link that picture so it shows up here I type (but substitute the [] for <>
[img src="http://www.intense99dak.com/dthumb.jpg"][/A]
And the example pic is the one in my sig.
