Subject: LOWERD W/ TRACTION BARS??? IP: Logged
Message: OK I HAVE A 2001 DAKOTA R/T AND I HAVE THE COMPETITION ENGINEERING SLIDE A LINK TRACTION CONTROLL BARS AND I REALLY WANT TO LOWER MY TRUCK BUT I DONT WANNA LOSE N-E MORE CLEARANCE UNDER THE AXLE SO I CANT USE BLOCKS I WANT ABOUT A 2-3" DROP AND STILL WANT TO USE THE TRACTION CONTROLL BARS.. N-E ONE ELSE HAVE A SET UP SIMALAR?? N-E HELP WOULD BE APPRICIATED

Message: They aren't traction bars, but you could go to a Road Master Suspension setup. The ladder bars are superior, but it's going to be hard to get a drop with it. I couldn't imagine driving with a set under mine. I would nail everything in the road.

Message: is the roadmaster kit all bolt on? how many and wat kind of pieces come with it? and xplict, is that a new radiator? where is your AC condesner thing? and how much did that radiator cost? thanks

Message: The Roadmaster is really easy to install. If you can do drop blocks, it's about the same process.
That is a new radiator. I umm...broke.. the other. I got it from Performance Radiator in Spokane, WA for like 160 bucks shipped next day. It's core is also twice as thick as stock.
My condensor just hadn't been put on yet. Still in the box. They dent so easily.

Message: thanks for the info, so if its twice as thick, and after u put on the condenser, how is it gonna fit with that tight clearance? thanks also do u know the radiator companys website or phone number? and does it improve cooling of the engine? thanks
