Subject: Do they make these for 97+ dakotas IP: Logged
Message: Do they make adjustable coilovers for our trucks, 97+ dakotas? If so what other suspension parts are needed in conjunction with the coilovers? I have 3" lower control arms right now but they are cracking so i need to go with a new front drop. Any suggestions??? I want a total of 4" drop in front. Thaks in advance..

Message: Whats up Matt thanks for the reply. Are the coils adjustable or no? I have the stock 17's on right now cause my 20" tires blew. So i want a total of 4" in front now with the 5" i have in the back. My concern is if i put the 20's back on i wouldnt want to rub. (255/35/20 tire) This way if I have an adjustable coilover i can have it 3" or 4" in the front. What do you say??
thanks in advance for your advice

Message: my front coils and control arms aren't adjustable, but my hangers and shackles are adjustable. my 99 r/t has a total of a 4"/5" drop on the stock 17's now. it will rub when i hit huge bumps or pot holes at high speeds. if i was to put 20's on now, i would not rub at all from what i've heard from other people. the reason it rubs now is because i still have the factory goodyear tires on and they arent low profile. i hope this helped. thanks,
-Matt
