how low of a profile? give us an idea...
stock r/t tires are 28 inches tall...
theres plenty of 26 inch tall tires made, and some more lower profile tires. i think 285/40 is 26 inch tall if im not mistaken...

yea either 275 or 285/40 is a good size. with the r/t rims u should maybe go for 265 or 275 in front and 285 in back

well, i like that idea, of haveing 2 different sizes of sets of tires; but when it comes to rotating them, im SOL. so i need to find 4 tires the same size. i want it benefit my pocket($) too. LOL but i do understand why the bigger size in the back, dont get me wrong.

but if i have a flat 17x "9"er, why would i have those many options of the width of the tire??its 9 inches....i dont want them to bow out any. just simple good gippin low pros.

well every rim has a range of tire sizes that fit. some will look a little small or a little big but they fit. since u want one size all around, id go for the 275 by 40. camaros and firebirds have 17 by 9 inch rims and these size tires look perfect for that size rim.
