Message: I have noticed lately that in my truck I have a terrible clunk when shifting into reverse from park. Also, today I noticed that when going from reverse to neutral to reverse fast it is really loud and the truck jumps forward. I have an 02 cc slt+ with only 3600 miles. Have been to the dealer once and they said it was normal. (no surprise) but I know it is not. Any suggestions??

Message: Check drivline for bad u-joint. You migh need to lube the splines on the drive shaft splines that go into the trans. We plate them on Chevy trucks so lubrication is not needed. You can check for drive line lash buy puting it gear and driveing it. While at speed let of the gas and get right back on it. The lag time will tell you how much drive train lash their is. You want to be solidly conected and try to avoid a shift.
