Message: cowl vents maybe? Just for a check, you might want to put some tape over the vents just to see if it stops. don't turn on your fan.
Just a thought

Message: There is a rubber nipple on the right side of the firewall.(curb side) It sometimes gets clogged with dirt. Squeeze the end to clear it up. You may get a lot of water out of it. When it is blocked the water does not drain and overflows into the passenger compartment.Sometimes it gets plugged really good and you have to stick a Q-Tip or a similar object into the end of it to clear it.

Message: My 98 Dakota had a seam in the cowl in the upper right corner that opened up. Had to find and fix it myself, no one could find it. I used epoxy on a long stick to fill the seam and covered it with undercoating when it dried. Hasn't leaked again. I think there was another post like this 6 or 8 months ago, if you want to search it out. May give you a few more ideas.
