Subject: Ex-tang covers??? IP: Logged
Message: I'm looking in to buying one, but I don't know if I should go for the soft or hard cover. I want to know if the hard cover is worth the price? Or should I just stick to the soft cover? Thanks in advance.

Message: Hmm I'm thinking about getting a cover too but not sure if I should fork over the cash for a hard cover. Are hard covers easy to take off because during the summer I have to haul lot of cargo.

Message: The hard covers are a piece of cake to take off. All you need is a pair of pliers or a pocket knife and someone to help you lift it off. Whole process on mine takes about 2 minutes or less.

Message: I have an Extang full tilt soft cover. I like it alot...when i feed to take it off it comes off in like 2 min. but if it a place and need to put something in the back and it wont fit with the cover down i can still roll it up. Thats why i didnt get a hard cover...i couldn't roll it up if i can in too a jam and i needed the extra space. Check it out http://www.extang.com/fulltilttonnoindex.html

Message: I also have an Extang Full-Tilt cover. Works great. I think the hinged soft covers are the best of both worlds.
