Subject: got my exhaust IP: Logged
Message: picked up my new exhaust today....i saved a ton of money and went to midas and got one of their "ravin" dual cat back set-ups....it sounds awesome! i wont go saying i felt a difference, although i certainly dont think i lost anything (i have a cold-air intake also). but again, the sound is awesome. ive really wanted to do that modification...i just couldnt justify moving on to bigger and better things until it sounded right. now i gotta save my pennies for the cams!

Message: Cool Brian, now your Dak has a 'personality'of it's own! Did they have to do anything with the spare or trailer hitch? Midas has the lifetime guarantee, don't they?
Yeah I'm thinking about doing the cams also, check out Lynn/yates-in-DE's thread, it don't sound that difficult, and there's a group buy going on for them.

Message: they didnt have to do anything with the spare tire, and i dont have a hitch to contend with. the lifetime warranty was one of the "perks" of the system. but god does it sound nice...im turning a lot of heads with it (i also live in a neighborhood w/ a lot of rice though....so to hear a v-8 is something new for a lot of people). the cam install doesnt sound that hard...but im still weary of doing it myself...i know i'll find a way to mess it up. i dont have one of those spanner wrenches either....i might pay someone just for the peace of mind until i get brave enough to tear in there myself.
thanks for the reply's
