I just joined. Took about 5-10 min. over the phone. Sounds like after the first of the year cost will go to $25 bucks a year for membership, but since it is brand new, it is free right now.

I've been a member of it for a while. Pretty much you can buy a bunch of clothes and stuff with the team dodge logo on it. You can also get discounts on race tickets and the prerace meets for the drivers and stuff like that.
