Hey guys, I sent an email off to the guy I bought buy decal from this morning. Hopefully by the end of the day I will post results.

Hey Rob, I recently purchased a Ram's head decal from you on Ebay. The decal is still great, don't worry this is not a complaint. I am a member of a website, named DodgeDakotas.com, and people on that site are looking for ideas to add to a sticker displaying the dodgedakotas.com banner, with ram's heads in front and back of the website address. My question to you is, would you be interested, and can you supply a group buy of these decals, along with a group rate? If you can supply a group buy, and are interested, how much would you be asking for, on these decals. I am just guessing here, but I would think there would be at least 200 pairs of these decals, if not more ordered. Also, for our Canadian friends on the site, do you offer / make the Ram's heads in the Canadian flag too? Thank you for any response and information you may pass on.

well i think we need somthing mot\re creative than that. yes its simple but the whole www.yoursitehere.com thing has been done all to much. you know somthing like www.dodgedakotas.com in a circle with the red white and blue ram head in the middle or somthing. I still like my earlyer post. i cant seem to find it though.

I think Eddie may have something there. I would be willing to put the banner that everyone else has talked about, but it would be neat if we could come up with an actual logo for the site that we could put on our truck's and maybe even put on the site as the official logo. Just a thought, I wish I was more creative and could come up with something, but that ain't my thing!

I like the ram's head idea with or without the Canadien part, I'm not real picky but if someone could come up an emblem or phrase and just have the website in small type somewhere like middle lower or something or under the ram's heads in small type that might work.

Your a damn genius Eddie!! That is pretty cool. Art ain't really my thang either, thats why I plagerized the ram's head I bought, and added in to the mix. Either way would be cool to me, so long as it looked good, didn't pay 17k to put a hoopty sticker on my baby. And also so long as everyone can agree to a idea, or group of ideas, to allow people to choose from a few diffant styles. Everyone has hteir own taste, so the only way to appease the masses is offer choices. Also would be nice to get this off of the board and finish it, to get somethig on our daks, free advertising is priceless.. Well thats my 2 cents.

LOVE the concept, but only one pick. It's hard to tell that it's the Canadian flag. We all know what it is here on this forum, but for someone else just looking at it, the ram's head kind of blanks out the maple leaf. Can you add some transparency to the ram head?

Only suggestion align the rams head alittle more it looks off center. I can get this printed up no problem..
So the members can kind of take this into there own hands. If we want.. we can put a poll up on my website to finish this off. But what ever.
This looks really good though. Were we thinking the white would be transparent or white?
Maybe outline the letters w/ white and have the emblem in the center have a white background but leave everything else transparent. Or perhaps make the whole sticker round and white.
Lots of options here.

that does look sweet !!!!!!!! but we have to keep in mind that mark is going to buy these things and some places charge you by the number or colors you want and the text and things like that. Mark needs to give us some guidlines....

One thing we may want to do with that sticker is get it made up so that there is nothing behind the decal. It would be the kind that has a back that you peel off, stick on the glass and then peel off a front covering so that all that is left on the glass is the actual logo.
Not sure if that would be more expesive (probably) but it is a though. Or you could just add a background color or as Knobby said, just make it transparent.
Knobby, maybe you could get some prices for printing these.

im still working on it.
The ramhead is going to be recenterd (to many beers last night) today.
I used adobe photoshop 6, im gettn a copy of 7 today and some aftereffects as well.
As for the Maple leaf, i noticed that there will be a problem figuring out what it is. im adressing that now. ill have somthing more by later tonight.

Eddie .. if you have the right plug-ins.. you might try just making the Rams head opaque (how ever you spell that) I don't know how that'd turn out.. but you could try it.
I'll print this one out and take it to a guy that can get me a price.. and print them.. I've never worked w/ him but I have seen the logos he made of his ram.. they look sweet.

Yeah Knobby, I think around 3-4" square would be a good size logo. One thing we need to think about is that if we make it with a transparent background, it will be awfully hard to read the text if it stays black. Should make the background a certain color or make the text white to show up against tinted windows. Just a thought.

I think we need to decide on what we are going to do with the background first. If we are going to have it be transparent (or not have a background at all like my earlier post said) then we may need to change the color on the ram's head as well. If we are going to have a white background, then the black ram's head is fine with me. Just some thoughts.

I agree with Knobby that a circle would look the best. The transparent background works for me with the silver lettering. Knobby, could you see what it would cost to get it without a background, similar to how most windshield decals (including the one on my truck) would cost? I am just curious b/c I think it would look the best, but that's just me thinking out loud again!
