Ok, so a week ago i got the code P0442 Small leak detected in the evaporative purge system. Figured I would take the first shot at it and check the gas cap and re-set the codes. Done, well the light came back on a few days later. Took it to my dealer, hes says you don't know what code you got.
I come back to pick the truck up and guess what: i have the small leak code! Guess what they do? re-set the PCM and the gas cap. I really hope its fixes the problem, but my guess is NOT. Lets do a vote. How many days before I'm back at the dealer?
