Message: I have a 1988 Dodge Dakota and I am getting fault codes "52" "Oxygen sensor stuck at rich position" I have replaced it with a new O2 sensor and reset the computer but it came back again after a fewdays of driving. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Also I am getting fault code "15" "No speed/ distance sensor signal" took it to the shop he said could be the computer messing up said he hooked it to a scanner and the scanner said he was doing 128mph when he was really going around 45mph? Can anyone help me with these problems? I just bought the truck and I am wanting to fix it up could really use the help. Thank you

Message: I have a 1989 and I have had to replace my speed sensor once already. It was about 30 minutes of shop time, and the part was about $23.
I'm not certain about your oxygen sensor. I havent had any problems with that at all. I would doubt what the dealership will tell you. I dont trust their recommendations at all. I highly doubt your computer is faulty. It might be something in your emissions that is causing the O2 sensor to run "rich.
