Subject: Part #/ Price needed IP: Logged
Message: No I didn't break them...
Does anyone know the part number and approx price for replacement glass (driver and passenger windows)?
2000 CC RT, pwr windows, locks and mirrors
I have some hellacious tint work done (flames and all) and want to keep it when it comes time to renew safety inspection. I plan to insert my replacement clear glass to pass inspection :)
Either that or I have to be more unethical and get someone to do it under the table...
So anyone got the part number?
Thanks

Message: You will probably need to visit a dealership in person, or talk to a glass company over the phone. You can get the part #'s from any Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth/Jeep dealer.
A friend had her firebird's front window broken recently (break-in), it cost about $270 to replace (including labor)

You might be in the same boat as I someday... tribal tinted windows and how to pass inspections! I will be due for reinspection when I return to the states and am thinking of ways to get around it. I will NOT strip my tint. Just replace the glass with a "clear" alternative :)
So perhaps a wrekced Dak will be my best bet... now I just have to find one!
