Subject: 180 t-stat in winter? IP: Logged
Message: anyone know how the 180 degree thermostat works in winter? im here in canada and am a bit worried about it. will i have the heater working well like it did before? and will it do any damage to the engine?

Message: You should be just fine, with plenty of heat, I would go to 5w-30 wt oil in the winter also..if you dont already do this. But the 180 will be just fine.

Message: hi i live in ct and i have the 180 therm it kinda sucks in the winter heat doent blow out as hot but what are u going to do u need it if your plannin on doing some engine upgrades
