I ordered WeatherFlectors for my Quad Cab on February 19th and received an order confirmation via email. My credit card was promptly billed.
However, I still have not received my WeatherfFlectors.
I called them on March 5th, to enquire as to why they were taking so long. They replied that UPS would not ship to a zip code that did not match the city. ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE CONFIRMATION WAS CORRECT. They had made an error in their shipping. I was told at that time that it would be three business days for the merchandise to arrive. I still have not received the WeatherFlectors.
I will call them again tomorrow, but the long distance during business hours is adding up. I have repeatedly sent them email and they don't respond to it.
I guess I will have to press credit card fraud charges against them and go to small claims court to get my money back, if I have to.

Message: Hopefully it won't be that painful, especially if your credit card is 'linked' to a bank that is a decent bank. Case in point - a self storage place in a state I've never BEEN to charged my credit card for $600, and believe it or not, all the bank needed for me to do was to fill out some fraud paperwork and my say so that I've never been to that state in my life. (At the time I was actually in Spain on a cruise, so that helped too *LOL*) And after 10 business days, *voila* I got the money back. Good luck man.

I live real close to Webster (its just south of Houston). If you continue to get the run around, tell them that you will have someone pick it up for you. If necessary, I could go by, get it and ship it to you.

Message: Call your credit card company and tell them you are disputing that charge. They will put it into dispute resolution or something to that effect. You don't pay that part of the bill until the matter is resolved. Usually the credit card company calls the business and discusses the situation with them. The biz will not get paid unless they "deliver" the goods. It's happened to me a couple of times (once billed twice for the same product). It will all work out. That's why I buy literally everything with the card. Better consumer protection. Good luck!

Message: Sorry to here about you troubles. Everyones right though about calling your bank. They will take care of the problem. My wife works at a bank and deals with this all the time. I have the weather techs on my 01 QC, they are nice.
