Message: Hey, I was wondering if anyone had replaced the stock speakers and/or tape deck in their 93 dakota extended cab or if anyone could help me anyways. I've looked at getting new 5.25" rounds for the front and new 5x7"s for the rear, but most 5.25" speakers are too deep and most 5x7"s don't fit the bracket, or at least that's what crutchfield told me. As for the head unit, I've got that covered I think. Also, the plastic appendages that make the speaker grille snap on have broken on one side. ANyone know how I can get a replacement grille? Thanks

Message: Ive replaced everything that you said in my 92. You can get direct fit speakers from pioneer.Had no problem installing them.I bought a jensen chrysler head unit also a direct fit. As for the speaker grills probably a junk yard would have them. good luck

Message: i have a 93 cc and I put in Cerwin-Vega 5.25 and 5x7's, sony head unit, plus a 12 inch sub behind the driver seat. Had no problems... But my plastic clips broke on my grills too. If you find a place with replacement ones let me know.
